An edable Shade of Cream

As I have posted a few blogs past, I said whenever I were to stumble upon a recipe that inspires me, I would post it. And so, HERE IT IS!
PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED ASPARAGUS
Ingredients 1/2 pound prosciutto, sliced 1/2 (8 ounce) package blue cheese, softened 12 spears fresh asparagus, trimmed
4 spanish figs
Directions Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Place the Prosciutto flat on a cooking sheet/pan. Let cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Steam Asparagus on the stove top. 5 minutes on medium. Drain.
Melt blue cheese. Cut figs in half.
Take 3 spears and rolls the Prosciutto around the bottom end. Place the bundle between a fig halve, pour melted cheese on the bottom end of spear and fig.
Repeat for all other bundles.

P.s there are multiple ways of making this dish. Please google it. I have tried them all and either way, it tastes FANTASTIC!!

An extremely easy recipe that adds an elegant cuisine like feature to any dish!!
ENJOY! HAPPY NEW YEAR!
